Healthy Tips1: Turmeric which we also called haldi. Turmeric contains curcumin. Studies have shown that curcumin have anticancer effect. This helps to kill cancer cells and prevent from growing or spreading. It has the best effects on breast cancer, bowel cancer, stomach cancer and skin cancer cells. Just add a pinch of turmeric in your diet regularly and keep your body fit. Healthy Tips2: Garlic also contains arginine, selenium, flavonoids. These have many health benefits. Garlic helps to reduce LDL-C, keeps our heart healthy. Garlic helps to fight against free radicals, thus protects heart disease, cancer and improves immune system. Healthy Tips3: Water intake should be sufficient as this helps to flush out toxicity from our stomach. Early morning a glass of lukewarm water not only clears toxic substances but also clears acidity, helps in weight loss, helps in digestionand prevent pre mature ageing. Healthy Tips4: Proper sleep is another important tip. 7-8 hours sleep is very important. This helps to lose weight, boosts immune system, good mood and can keep yourself fit forever.

    Importance Of Breakfast: Breakfast means breaking the fast, Breakfast provides fuel to our brain & body after a long gap. So that means whenever we are starting our day, before that we need to have proper breakfast. Breakfast should be the heaviest meal, we need to get atleast 30-35% of total calorie from breakfast. Breakfast should be finished within 8:30-9:00 am in the morning. But those who work till late night and wake up late in the morning, they need to finish their breakfast within 2 hours after wake up. Breakfast should have 55-60% carbohydrate as we need energy for the whole day, 20-25% of protein and rest should come from healthy fat. A heavy breakfast, medium lunch and a light dinner can make us healthy forever. Thus do not skip your breakfast, As these days we are very busy with hectic schedule, we often skip our meal, but time management is also important and we always should keep time for our meal.     Egg Salad Recipe: Egg contains sufficient amount of protein, vitamins (vitamin B12, vitamin B6, selenium), minerals (zinc, iron and copper). Thus this is healthy to have 1 whole egg daily. Egg Salad Ingredients: (For 1 Person) 1 boiled egg Mayonnaise1/3 cup Fresh coriander leaves (chopped) Tomato (1) 1 tbsp onion 2 tbsp spring onion 1 tsp lemon juice Salt to taste Methods Of making Egg Salads: 1. Egg gas to be boiled properly, after cooling refrigerate it for 30 minutes. 2. Wash tomato, coriander leaves, spring onion in lukewarm water. Then cut the tomato into small pieces. Chopped Fresh coriander leaves and spring onion. 3. Mix mayonnaise with tomato, onion, spring onion, coriander leaves. 4. Sliced the boiled eggs and add into this. 5. Add few drops of lemon juice in it. 6. Add salt to taste. 7. Ready to serve. Egg is a good source of cheap and high quality protein, all the essential amino acids are present in eggs. Thus eggs can be considered as superfood. Though eggs are high in cholesterol. One egg contains almost 212mg of cholesterol but do not affect adversely on blood cholesterol. Moreover it raises HDL-C. Eggs contain Lutein and zeaxanthin an antioxidant that improves our vision.
